These Terms of Use govern your use of MM Social. By using MM Social, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MM Social. Do not use the app if you are not legally able to agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, defraud, or harm other users. You may not upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

Profiles, Messages, and Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including profile information, photos, prompts, messages, voice notes, reports, and other app activity. You grant MM Social permission to host, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the app.

Safety and Moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and accounts when needed to operate the service, investigate reports, enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

No Medical Advice

MM Social is a social app and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. User discussions are user-generated and should not be treated as professional guidance.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of MM Social at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MM Social if we believe a user violated these terms, created safety risk, or misused the service.
