MM Social Child Safety Standards
MM Social is for adults aged 18 and older. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sextortion, and child sex trafficking. These standards apply to profiles, photos, messages, voice notes, and all other content and activity on MM Social.
Report a concern
In the app, open the relevant profile’s menu, choose Report Profile, select Safety concern or Inappropriate content, describe the concern, and submit the report. You may also contact support@mmsocial.app with the subject “Child safety concern.” Provide the profile name or identifier and enough context to locate the concern. Do not download, copy, or send suspected illegal images or videos by email.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Our response
We prioritize child-safety reports. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or sexual exploitation of a child, we act to stop access to the offending content and restrict or remove the responsible account, while handling any required evidence preservation securely and in accordance with applicable law. Accounts belonging to people under 18 are not permitted.
Reporting and cooperation
We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline and/or the appropriate regional or national authority as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests and limit access to related information to authorized people who need it to address the concern.
Contact
Users can contact support@mmsocial.app. A designated developer contact handles child-safety escalations and communications from Google Play and relevant authorities.
